At Systainer, we want you to be completely satisfied with your home organization solutions. If your purchase doesn't perfectly fit your space, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back and receive a prepaid shipping label.

  Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all hardware and components are included to prevent damage during transit.

  Ship It Back

  Affix the provided return label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location or schedule a home pickup.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
